What medical specialties do you handle?
SOAP transcribes all types of reports for all specialties. We have different teams of transcriptionists with expertise in different specialties.

What turnaround times (TATs) do you offer?
SOAP provides TATs ranging from 30 minutes to 48 hours.

Do you provide STAT options?
Yes, physicians can make a report stat while dictating and/or easy access after dictation can change the status of the dictation to get it back to the facility quicker than normal

Is your medical transcription service HIPAA compliant?
Yes, all our services and applications are 100% HIPAA compliant. We use 128-bit encryption for all file transfers. All of our network connections and applications are secured with Citrix VPN.

Do your medical transcriptionists sign confidentiality agreements?
Yes, all of our transcriptionists and other staff sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements at the time of employment.

Can SOAP provide my transcription back using personalized templates I have been using for years?
Yes, you provide your formats, and SOAP creates matching report templates.

Do we have to commit all of our transcription to you?
No. SOAP can handle some or all of your transcription needs. Some of our clients use SOAP for overflow and/or just for specific work types to help with their overall TATS.
